He’s been a professional golfer since 2002, but in 2009 Dustin Risdon was a rookie all over again.
After seven seasons grinding it out on the Canadian Tour, Risdon qualified for the US Nationwide Tour, considered the top breeding ground for future PGA Tour stars.
The Strathmore native turned more than a few heads in his first Nationwide season, making 18 out of 26 cuts, earning three top-10 finishes, and finishing a solid 37th on the money list.
