ATB Financial associate Jason Belair took this photo in November, 2007 while on an afternoon hike at majestic Maligne Lake in the heart of Jasper National Park. Jason was struck by the reflection of the mountains and trees on the water and found the perfect spot to capture a piece of Alberta’s unspoiled natural beauty. It was a scene so peaceful, so serene, that you could almost hear the snow falling. It made Jason think of the area’s original settlers and how they must have felt when first coming across such an awe-inspiring sight.
